Leilei Xu, associate research professor, M.D. supervisor. In 2009, she graduated from the Northeast Normal University with a doctorate in Science. In Oct. 2009, she carried out the post-doctoral research in the State key Laboratory of Materials Composite Technology, WHUT and became a visiting scholar from 2016 to 2017 in the University of California, Davis. Her research interests in micro/nanomotors and solar energy conversion materials. At present, she published more than 50 papers in SCI-indexed peer-reviewed journals including Chem Soc Rev, Adv Funct Mater, J Mater Chem, Green Chem, etc. that has been cited more than 1400 by SCI and gained 3 authorized national invention patents. She successively took charge of the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation (No.20100471163 and 201104494), the National Natural Science Foundation of China (No.51002111), the Natural Science Foundation of Hubei Province (No. 2014CFB163), and participated in a number of state-level and provincial-level scientific research and group projects.
